Responsibilities:
- Provide expert aesthetic treatments, including injectables, PDO Thread Lifts, and facial rejuvenation.
- Lead by example in ensuring patient safety, informed consent, and compliance with all state and medical board regulations.
- Oversee treatment protocols and contribute to continuous clinical education and training.
- Collaborate with founders to shape clinical standards and prepare for expansion.
- Be a visible, positive presence in our open-treatment space - uplifting clients and team members alike.
Qualifications & Skills:
- ONLY EXPERIENCED NP IN THE AESTHETIC FIELD WILL BE CONSIDERED.
- Active ARNP license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic injectables, and skincare treatments.
- Formal training & certification in cosmetic injectables and dermal fillers (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols, HIPAA, and medical compliance.
- Proven ability to achieve client retention goals through exceptional customer service and outstanding treatment results.
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
- Self-driven, motivated, and passionate about aesthetics and continued learning.
- Leadership experience or willingness to step into a supervisory role.
