Previous experience of pensions would be an advantage. However, this is not essential as full training will be provided. The role involves writing Actuarial and Pensions Reports related to Divorce, Personal Injury, and Employment Tribunal Cases, along with providing administrative, marketing, and technical support to ensure smooth business operations. The candidate must be able to work independently and be highly motivated. Effective communication, professionalism, and teamwork are essential. Analytical thinking and mathematical modelling skills are required, especially proficiency in Excel and Word. Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Mathematics or Actuarial Science (2:1 or higher). Consideration will be given to candidates with a Science, Engineering, or Financial degree with significant mathematical content, also at 2:1 or higher. The successful candidate will receive study support for actuarial exams of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries or Pensions Management Institute after one year of service.
