Our client, a respected and expanding law firm based in London, is seeking an experienced Employment Associate (3+ PQE) to join its established employment practice. This opportunity would suit a solicitor with solid post-qualification experience looking to work on a wide range of employment matters within a supportive, collegiate environment. The firm advises a diverse client base and offers high-quality, interesting work alongside genuine long-term career prospects.
The role will include:
Advising employers and employees on a broad range of employment law issues
Managing contentious and non-contentious employment matters
Handling employment tribunal claims from initial advice through to resolution
Advising on disciplinary and grievance processes
Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and handbooks
Advising on settlement agreements and exits
Providing day-to-day HR and employment law support to clients
Supporting on TUPE and restructuring matters where required
About you:
Qualified solicitor with 3+ years\’ PQE in employment law
Experience across contentious and non-contentious employment matters
Commercial, pragmatic approach with strong client-handling skills
Comfortable working with a degree of autonomy while being part of a team
Keen to develop and progress within private practice
