As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be working as part of a large team that is highly supportive and effective at helping our clients. You will be responsible for:
- Answering client queries over the phone
- Managing your own portfolio of cases where you will provide proactive administrative support
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to maintain regular contact with our clients, customers, and therapists
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience working in a customer service or customer-facing environment with the ability to support our clients on the phone
- Competent in managing administrative tasks within the Microsoft software suite
- Willing to travel to our Head office 3 days a week
