Learning Support Assistant Location: Birmingham Duration: Full time, on going Salary: £95 – £105 per day The School/role: We are looking for a full time learning support assistant to start with uson along-termsupply basis.This supportive school is a happy, thriving school that is proud to be part of our local community. Key Duties: Constant Supervision:Provide vigilant supervision to ensure the safety of the child and others, particularly in managing disruptive behaviour. Building Trusting Relationships:Foster a trusting relationship with the student to create a supportive learning environment. Sensory Room Assistance:Facilitate the student’s engagement in the sensory room to enhance their learning experience. Outdoor Activities:Organise and facilitate opportunities for the student to run around outside each day, promoting physical activity and well-being.
