Senior Technical Architect / Associate – Large Scale Residential Projects

Are you ready to step up and take on a leadership role within a growing and ambitious architectural practice? We’re working with a well-established East London studio with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential projects and they’re looking to bring on a Senior Technical Architect or Associate-level professional to join their team at a key moment in their expansion.

With a very healthy pipeline of large-scale residential work, the practice is offering a real opportunity for someone to take ownership of major projects and grow with the business. You’ll be leading a capable team through RIBA Stages 4 and 5, taking schemes from technical design through to delivery, and representing the practice confidently in front of clients and consultants.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years’ post-Part III experience, ideally with a strong technical grounding.
• Proven track record leading large-scale residential projects through RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
• Comfortable overseeing teams and coordinating with consultants and clients.
• Expert Revit skills you’ll be expected to lead by example and ensure high standards across the project team.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing.
