Duties:

  • Working closely with the commercial manager and procurement manager within the food service and wholesale markets to assist the team in managing their own portfolio of products.
  • Help co-ordinate and manage day-to-day relationships with strategic supply partners.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with growers/suppliers.
  • Assist the team in managing the P&L.
