As we continue to expand our wholesale operations, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wholesale Production Manager to join our team and oversee the production process for our wholesale division. Role Overview The Wholesale Production Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the production process for wholesale collections, ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained. You will work closely with production, wholesale, logistics and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and maintain exceptional craftsmanship standards. Proficiency in Italian and a GIA (Gemmological Institute of America) certification are highly desirable for this role. Key Responsibilities: Production Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end production process for wholesale jewellery collections, from design approval to final delivery. Liaise with internal teams, external workshops, and suppliers to ensure production schedules are met. Manage production timelines, budgets, and quality control processes. Quality Assurance: Ensure all jewellery meets the company’s exacting quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines. Conduct quality checks at various stages of production to ensure consistency and excellence. Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, particularly in Italy and other key regions. Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of finished products. Key Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within the luxury jewellery or fine jewellery industry Proven track record of managing wholesale production processes and delivering high-quality products on time. Technical Skills: GIA certification or equivalent gemmological expertise is highly preferred. Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing techniques, materials, and craftsmanship. Proficiency in Italian (spoken and written) is highly desirable. Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel internationally as needed to visit suppliers and workshops.
