YOUR MISSION 🚀

• Master end-to-end operations – Command the complete order lifecycle with precision and speed
• Be the customer champion – Serve as the trusted voice for client inquiries and relationship building
• Engineer supply chain excellence – Collaborate with purchasing teams and suppliers for optimal performance
• Lead logistics innovation – Coordinate shipping partnerships for cost-effective, on-time delivery
• Solve complex challenges – Proactively tackle discrepancies, delays, and technical issues (DOA/RMA)
• Drive process transformation – Continuously optimise workflows for maximum efficiency
• Own client relationships – Represent the company at customer sites and conduct strategic service reviews
