Leading M&A Advisory Manager – TMT – London

A leading advisory firm with a strong UK and international presence is seeking to hire an M&A Manager to join its growing London-based Corporate Finance team, with a focus on Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT).

This team advises on high-quality mid-market transactions and has built a strong reputation for delivering hands-on deal execution across multiple sectors — with TMT as a core growth area.

We\’re looking for individuals who have:

• 4+ years of experience in M&A advisory or transaction services (investment banks, Big 4, or M&A boutiques)
• Solid exposure to TMT transactions and an interest in deepening sector expertise
• The ability to lead and manage deal processes, including due diligence, financial analysis, client presentations, and negotiations
• Strong project management skills and a collaborative leadership style

As a Manager, you’ll take ownership of deal execution, mentor junior team members, and play an active role in business development and sector coverage.
