Panthera Partners is working with a highly regarded infrastructure fund manager to identify an Associate to join their growing investment team. This opportunity spans both their core infrastructure fund and their core+/value-add energy transition fund, offering exposure to a diverse pipeline of investments across renewable energy and essential infrastructure assets.

As an Associate, you will play a key role in the sourcing, analysis, and execution of renewable energy investments. The position offers significant responsibility, the opportunity to be heavily involved on selected transactions and disposals.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Currently working as an Analyst or Associate with a PE firm or the M&A division of a top-tier investment bank
  • Possess a strong understanding of the UK and Northern European renewable energy landscape, with experience in project finance or investment analysis
  • Demonstrate advanced financial modelling and analytical research capabilities
  • Have experience supporting due diligence processes and preparing high-quality investment proposals
  • Hold a bachelor's degree from a leading university
