Role Overview
We are currently recruiting a Graduate Building Surveyor to join a client focused team. This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre candidate to join and strengthen our team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to provide all core surveying services on a number of interesting areas of property whilst being supported in achieving their APC RICS Chartership.
Key Responsibilities
- Our dedicated Building Surveying Team offers professional/regulatory services, project services and survey services, often in a combined and seamless service delivery offering.
- We proactively manage and undertake surveys, formulate designs and specifications, administer contracts, and offer other bespoke services to ensure our clients estate remains well maintained and achieves its full potential.
- Additionally, we provide extensive commercial and bespoke services including but not limited to dilapidations, lease advice, pre-acquisition surveys and specialist fire safety advice.
- We pride ourselves on the quality of our service and enjoy long term relationships with our clients.
- We are a sector focused business actively operating and investing in Commercial, Residential, Education, Sports, Nuclear and Retail clients and projects.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or other RICS accredited degree.
