We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Diagnostic Technician for Jaguar Land Rover Peterborough. The role offers a salary of £43,409 basic plus uncapped OTE, based on individual performance, team profit, and CSI bonus. The position is full-time, with a 45-hour workweek on a rota basis including weekends. Benefits include 25 days of annual leave, bank holidays, life assurance, and a pension scheme.

As a Diagnostic Technician, you will support our popular brand in state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, so prior brand experience is not necessary. Continuous training will keep you updated with the latest technology through manufacturer courses and our Marshall Academy.
Who you are:
- Experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently
- A team player comfortable with established processes
- Qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry-recognized qualification (Level 3 IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- Experience with MOTs is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Motivated, organized, and focused on Health & Safety
- Tech-savvy and confident with iPad software
What you’ll do:
- Service and maintain vehicles across the brand
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work
- If qualified, perform MOT testing duties
- Complete job cards and electronic reports on franchise platforms
- Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
- Support Apprentice Technicians as needed
