What You’ll Do
The EHS Manager is a key leadership role responsible for environmental, health, safety, and security at the site. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading EHS activities and setting objectives
- Reporting on EHS performance and ensuring compliance
- Managing EHS metrics and regulatory findings
- Fostering a strong EHS culture and employee engagement
- Collaborating with leadership to achieve EHS targets
- Supporting risk assessments and environmental impact reduction
- Driving continuous improvement and third-party recognition
- Managing EHS data and training programs
- Ensuring operational controls are in place and effective
Qualifications
- Degree in Environmental Health & Safety or equivalent
Skills
- Engineering background (mechanical, electronic, electrical) preferred
- Experience with EHS Management Systems
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
- IOSH membership
- Leadership and analytical skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Teamwork and independent initiative
- Effective presentation skills
