Milestone LLC is looking for a compassionate and qualified Certified Substance Abuse Counselor to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will provide individual and group counseling services to clients struggling with substance use disorders. Your primary responsibility will be to assess clients' needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that promote recovery and overall well-being.
You will also play a key role in educating clients and their families about addiction and the recovery process, helping them understand the challenges and strategies for achieving long-term sobriety. As a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, you will work collaboratively with other professionals in a multidisciplinary team setting, coordinating care and ensuring that each client receives comprehensive support tailored to their unique situation.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions as well as providing crisis intervention and support as needed. - Certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) or equivalent credential required.
