Blackwell Earthmoving Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SHE Administrator to support our site delivery team. This is a key role in ensuring the highest standards of Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) administration across our operations.
As a SHE Administrator, you will be instrumental in supporting our mission and values, contributing to a culture of safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage all SHE documentation, both manual and digital
- Collaborate closely with the Health & Safety Advisor and site delivery team
- Coordinate and document site inductions
- Distribute RAMS, toolbox talks, and other key HSE materials
- Provide administrative support to site supervisors
- Monitor and arrange Safety Critical Medicals and mandatory training (e.g., CSCS, CPCS, SMSTS, SSSTS, First Aid)
- Log and process Safety Observation Cards
- Circulate and file inspection reports, incident logs, and meeting minutes
- Produce weekly and monthly SHE statistical reports
- Maintain the SHE file on SharePoint
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required

- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a construction or infrastructure environment
