Reporting to the Vice President, Investment, you are involved in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment transactions. You will also conduct feasibility studies on potential opportunities and make recommendations to senior management relating to investment, divestment, or enhancement opportunities. Work closely with other divisions and/or consultants to raise funds and structure the transactions in the most practical and tax-efficient manner.

Job Description

  • Originate, evaluate, negotiate, and execute investment transactions
  • Present and market investment propositions to senior management
  • Work with legal, financial, and other consultants on fundraising and capital market projects
  • Manage ongoing investment of real estate portfolio, forecasting market conditions and monitoring financial returns
  • Collaborate with professionals and consultants to implement cost-effective holding structures
  • Stay updated on industry developments with a strong understanding of hospitality business aspects

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or real estate business
  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Real Estate firms, Private Equity Funds, Transaction advisory, financial due diligence, investment banking, or accounting firms focused on the hospitality sector
  • Proficient in market and industry research in infrastructure hospitality
