Key Responsibilities Once Trained: Plan and manage high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and PMAX , ensuring strong ROI. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to shape winning strategies. Optimise campaigns through A/B testing, budget management, and data-driven insights . Monitor performance trends, proactively adjusting strategies for maximum impact. Collaborate with internal teams to align PPC, Paid Social, and Display efforts with broader marketing goals. Build relationships with platform providers ( Google, Bing, Meta ) to stay ahead of industry updates. Deliver clear, actionable performance reports to inform future strategies. Skills & Experience Required: An understanding, passion and drive to learn PPC / Paid Media campaigns . Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into results. Familiarity with PMAX, Display campaigns, and Paid Social is a plus. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel .
