Are you a commercially sharp merchandiser with a love for product and a feel for what’s next? This is your chance to join one of the most exciting names in contemporary womenswear. A brand known for its clean aesthetic, elevated design, and rapidly growing presence both online and in-store.
Following a record-breaking year, the team is expanding, and are looking for a highly motivated Merchandiser to take the reins of the women’s tailoring category.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead end-to-end merchandising for the wovens and tailoring category, ensuring balance, depth, and clear product storytelling.
- Partner with design and product development to build a commercially successful range across all sales channels.
- Own forecasting, planning and performance reporting — identifying risks, opportunities. Drive performance through precise category analysis, margin management, and inventory control.
- Lead key monthly trade meetings with senior leadership, presenting category insights and recommendations.
- Own markdown strategy, promotion planning, and impact tracking on revenue and profitability.
- Champion and refine merchandising processes.
