- Handover of won projects from the Ground works Director
- Day to day operation of projects
- Material procurement - Just in time and better buying. Asking office staff to raise purchase orders for all goods.
- Plant management - On & off hiring. Office staff will undertake the administration
- Labour planning
- Sourcing reliable subcontractors
- Working in conjunction with the sheeting team
Organised. Qualified by experience - Health & Safety qualification desired. CSCS card.
