Employment Type Full time What You\’ll Be Working On Managing a patient panel with diverse needs, including acute, chronic, and wellness visits Providing in-office, testing center, and telehealth care Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning opportunities Collaborating with in-office and virtual teams Performing in-office procedures as trained Supervising NP or PA colleagues Qualifications Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care Board Certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Licensed in CA before start date Desired Traits Passion for human-centered primary care Effective communication skills Proficiency with healthcare technology Clinical proficiency and teamwork orientation Openness to feedback and adaptability Location This role is based in Berkeley, CA at our Shattuck Avenue location. Compensation & Benefits The salary range is $288,000 to $300,000 annually, with potential for higher compensation based on experience and qualifications.
