Cleansing Operative

Hales Group is proud to be supporting our client in Lowestoft in recruiting Cleansing Operatives for the busy summer season. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and making a visible difference in the community.  You must be available to start on Friday 27th June!!!    What You’ll Be Doing: Litter picking across streets, parks, paths, and public spaces Emptying public litter bins and maintaining cleanliness standards Occasional support with the refuse collection by loading waste/recycling/garden waste onto vehicles Weeding and hand sweeping as needed Reporting environmental issues such as fly tipping or graffiti Assisting drivers with vehicle manoeuvring and safety    What We’re Looking For: Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Good communication skills and a helpful attitude toward the public Previous experience is a bonus, but full training is provided    Location: Lowestoft Hours: 6am – 2pm/4pm (finish time will vary slightly depending on task and location) Rota: 3 days plus per week including weekends Pay: £13.91 per hour Duration: Temporary expected to be for 12 weeks    Apply today or contact us at Hales Group Lowestoft for more information.
