Our client is currently seeking an ambitious Heritage Manager to join their expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop a new team of town planners within a company that boasts over 200 employees across various business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and growing a team of town planners from scratch
  • Managing heritage and town planning projects from inception to completion
  • Overseeing applications ranging from minor developments to large land promotions, including diverse projects
  • Collaborating closely with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
  • Providing expert advice on heritage conservation and planning matters
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
