Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive – Cambridge with hybrid working

Client
A full-service regional law firm offering the right candidate the opportunity in time to build a team, with support

Role

• Managing your own caseload with support from the Partners and the wider team
• Assist with the development of long term client relationships
• Attend business development activities on behalf of the team and on behalf of the firm
• Pursue referral agreements with local and national Agents
• Promote and cross sell the services of the firm with all external clients

You

• Have experience of managing a caseload of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years’ experience in a similar and comparable environment
• Comprehensive understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and work independently
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
• Skilled at building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
