About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support daily hardware operations and lead initiatives across fulfillment centers. This role involves driving end-to-end execution of Value-Added Services (VAS) projects, resolving warehouse and transportation issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless hardware delivery and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily inbound/outbound operations and resolve hardware-related escalations
- Coordinate setup, testing, and execution of VAS projects across fulfillment sites
- Ensure timely delivery of VAS materials and monitor warehouse quality standards
- Manage post-project activities, including escalation resolution and quality tracking
- Support warehouse, compliance, and transportation issue resolution
- Communicate progress, risks, and mitigations to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to governance, planning, and communication protocols
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in order management, logistics, or hardware operations
- Intermediate skills in spreadsheets and SQL
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, sales, and engineering teams
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus
Preferred Experience:
- Supply chain program/project management
- Familiarity with product quality reviews, labeling, packaging, and compliance
- Experience coordinating large-scale operational initiatives
