About the Role:
This role is based in London and candidates must be able to work in our amazing new EU headquarters in Central London (soho area) multiple days per week.
As the General Manager of Europe you will be responsible for delivering the P&L to agreed contribution margins, job and revenue goals and driving the market to sustainable growth. You will head all country management teams of 6 European markets and work closely with cross functional teams in setting a market strategy and efficient tactical and operational plans to deliver strong tasker and client propositions and core commercial goals.

What You’ll Work On:
- P&L responsibility for Europe
- Accountability for both sides of the marketplace, demand generation across all marketplaces (IKEA+GM) as well as ensuring strong supply health and task fulfillment. This includes Partner management, country marketing and country community management teams
- Responsible for value propositions for both sides of the marketplace
- Setting the in market strategy to deliver core commercial goals incl, revenue and contribution margin
- Overseeing all tactical and operational execution for all functions.
- Collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to action on key market opportunities regionally, market specific and globally
- Manage on-the-ground initiatives that optimize and improve local fulfillment, supply activation and client retention
- Lead a large multi layered team across markets comprised of tasker success, partner management and marketing
Your Areas of Expertise:
- Overall 8+ years of experience in commercial growth driving and P&L management in excess
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- A commercial growth mindset and a demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity
- You are a highly developed strategic thinker and can apply high level business acumen to the short and long term success of the markets
- You use data driven decisions to tell the story in a way that is innovative and there is a drive to optimize output
