Pay Rates starting from £13 per Hour | Plus Holiday Pay and Pension

At Alcedo Care, we are looking for kind, caring, and compassionate people to provide outstanding care in the Fleetwood and supporting area. Become an Alcedo Care Support Worker and take responsibility for the client and the care provided.

Excellent pay rates from £13.00 - £15 per hour. 30p per mile. Holiday pay. Pension scheme. Weekly pay. Free professional mental health and wellbeing support available 24/7. DBS Payment Scheme available.

As a member of the Alcedo Care team, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to all ages, including children, young people, and older clients at different stages in their care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients in developing life skills and participating in community activities to enhance their overall quality of life.
  • Helping clients with ongoing rehabilitation to enhance their daily lives and support them in remaining independent.
  • Working with client groups with a variety of mental health diagnoses or long-term health conditions.
  • Recording accurate and detailed notes to support the ongoing assessment of clients' care needs and required support.
