Expleo are proud to work with one of the most respected Asian car manufacturers within Europe. Their production in the UK alone includes award-winning crossovers, commercial vehicles and the world's most popular electric vehicles. We are looking for an Automotive Technical Support Specialist on a contract basis, initially for 6 months. The Automotive Technical Support Specialist will be based at the manufacturers UK head office, providing technical support to dealerships throughout the UK.
Using your vehicle experience gained from either working within a vehicle engineering environment, or perhaps a dealership, where you have been working as a Master Technician, you will have the ability to help diagnose and solve complex vehicle issues by providing phone-based technical support. This role is offered on a contract basis, based in Hertfordshire and offers hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 work from home.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to dealerships throughout the UK.
- Diagnose and solve complex vehicle issues.
- Communicate effectively with dealership staff.
- Good vehicle knowledge covering all aspects of the vehicle.
- Good communication skills / relationship building.
