Clinical Negligence Solicitor

We are working with a reputable law firm based in Belfast for a solicitor to join their Clinical Negligence team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join our client’s established Clinical Negligence team, managing a varied caseload involving misdiagnosis, delayed treatment, surgical errors, birth injuries and other complex clinical negligence matters.

Responsibilities will include investigating liability, gathering expert medical evidence, drafting pre-action correspondence, negotiating settlements, and guiding clients through each stage of the claims process.

Essential Criteria:

• 1-4 years’ PQE
• Previous plaintiff litigation experience desirable;
• Clinical negligence background
• Strong team player;
• Compassionate towards clients;
• Commercial awareness;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Technically excellent.
