As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a skilled reward professional to play a key role in shaping their executive compensation and share plan strategy and ensuring their equity plans align with long-term ambitions. This is a brand new role reporting into the Group Reward Director, and responsible for the design, implementation, and management of a comprehensive group executive reward strategy.
As Head of Share Plans, you will work closely with the Group Reward Director, supporting in the development of executive reward policies, managing all aspects of the equity plans, including proposing grant levels, managing leaver funding and buy back of leavers shares. You will align reward structures with the company’s long-term objectives whilst working closely with internal and external stakeholders to oversee the smooth administration of company-wide share plans.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering clear communications, globally, on all equity plan changes whilst providing strategic insights and data to senior leadership including the CEO, CFO, CPO and the Remuneration Committee to ensure effective group-wide decision making.
You have deep expertise in executive reward and equity plan management, ideally within a complex, multinational environment. Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence senior leaders are essential. Experience in supporting remuneration committees, managing share allocations, and collaborating with finance, legal, and communications teams will be key to success in this role.
