Communicate with customers via email, phone, SMS, or social media. Convert digital enquiries into appointments, test drives, and sales opportunities. Accurately capture customer data and update systems accordingly. Achieve departmental KPIs. Complete outbound appointment activities when required. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
