Salary: £29,500‑£33,000 dependent on experience.

What will I be doing?
Working closely with the Head of Facilities and Housekeeping Team leaders I will be responsible for the smooth running of the housekeeping team. Working with a large diverse and multi‑skilled team, I will ensure all guests enjoy the highest quality stay in a perfectly kept room, ensuring every room is prepared for the guests’ arrival and contributing to their perfect customer journey.

What skills do we need?
- Experience leading a large team in a similar role.
- Possession of a management or cleaning qualification or willingness to develop to this level (e.g., BICS, CIMS, BIFM).
- Ability to manage costs in line with budgets.
- Can create an environment where the team can grow and develop.
- Effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
