Position: Site Manager β Social Housing Refurbishment β Retrofit β New Eltham, SE London Location: New Eltham, SE London Site Manager required to work on a Retrofit / SHDF Framework for L&Q in New Eltham, SE London. The successful Site Manager will be responsible for EWI, IWI, Windows, Roofs and Loft Installations reporting to a Project Manager (Contracts Manager). Project: The project is a Β£20 million framework across SE London across to Medway with the first batch of works being in New Eltham. Retrofit works include EWI, IWI, Windows, Roofs and Loft Installations on street properties. Company Overview: Our client has established itself as one of the largest and most successful providers of social housing schemes in the South East. Individual: The successful individual will have previous experience with external packages. Experience with tenants in situ / occupied refurbishments is essential. PLEASE NOTE You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position Package includes: Car or car allowance, 8% pension, healthcare, 6 months full pay maternity or 3 months full pay paternity
