A trailblazing US law firm with a renowned London presence is seeking to hire a high-calibre EA to support the London Managing Partner on a 1:1 basis.

Incredibly generous salary, hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote), excellent employee benefits and stunning City based office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary management, including handling international travel arrangements and personal itinerary planning.
  • Prepare and edit a range of correspondence, documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain the partner’s confidential files and records.
  • Prepare engagement letters, conflict checks, and new matter documents.
  • Draft, revise, format, and finalise legal documents.
  • Proofread and correct inconsistencies in legal materials.
  • Assist with billing processes, including drafting timesheets.
  • Work closely with junior secretary supporting the team, delegating administrative and calendaring tasks as appropriate.
  • Assist with personal tasks, including appointment scheduling, administration, and family matters.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Extensive experience supporting Senior Partners/Board Level on a 1:1 basis within a law firm.
  • Graduate-level education advantageous.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
