We are currently recruiting a dedicated General Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Eurest on a full-time basis, contracted to 36 hours per week. As a General Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure compliance with legal and company health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
- Report any health and safety issues, accidents, or near misses.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure service equipment is ready for service.
- Serve food and beverages in line with company standards.
- Report menu shortages to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain clean and hygienic displays, counters, and seating areas.
- Assist with hospitality preparations and kitchen duties as required.
- Follow cash handling and security procedures.
- Receive and store stock, ensuring quality and rotation.
- Operate machinery safely and support colleagues as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in all work areas.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive team environment.
