- AWSの営業やプリセールス、トレーニング、サポートチームと協業して、パートナーやお客様が、Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2)やAmazon Simple Storage Service (S3)、Amazon RDS、AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM)といったAWSサービスを使っていくことを支援します。
- パートナーやお客様オンサイトで技術的解決策を提供します。これにはプリセールスでのオンサイト訪問への同行、お客様のセキュリティ、リスク、コンプライアンスに関する理解や、助言やソリューションデザインの提供を含みます。
