We are seeking experienced Test Engineers (roles available at different levels) to take ownership of test strategy and design integration across the full lifecycle of complex system development projects. You will be responsible for embedding testability into system design, developing test routines, and working cross-functionally to ensure thorough coverage and diagnostic effectiveness across both development and operational phases.
This position involves early engagement in project design and test methods, working with internal teams to develop, refine, and manage test plans and tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the definition and implementation of end-to-end test strategies.
- Develop and manage requirements for system-level and integrated testing, including diagnostics and routine validation.
- Support the development of internal processes and tooling to ensure testability is a core part of the design and delivery process.
- Collaborate with technical leads and project stakeholders to ensure effective integration of test methods from concept through to delivery.
- A background in system, electrical, or test engineering—or a related discipline.
- Experience in the development of complex testing methods for electronic subsystems.
- Strong understanding of test strategy, diagnostic planning, or test equipment development.
- Ability to interpret complex requirements, manage technical delivery, and communicate effectively with engineering and project teams.
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary project environments with a focus on high-reliability products or systems.
- Candidates with experience within, or some exposure with products related to, the aerospace industry would be an added advantage.
