Role Overview
- Manage the grantthorton.co.uk website daily to meet business objectives and lead generation targets.
- Conduct regular reviews of the website and user experience across digital channels.
- Contribute to the strategic UX direction for the UK corporate website.
- Own the website development roadmap, collaborating with GTIL and development partners for incremental improvements.
- Ensure web accessibility compliance.
- Manage third-party relationships and tools.
- Develop and deliver training on website use and templates.
- Provide strategic recommendations and advisory services across teams.
- Address business challenges and opportunities using appropriate technology to drive value.
- Monitor and report on search term performance.
- Present website performance reports to stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum requirements include a university degree, relevant qualification, or substantial experience managing a corporate website, preferably B2B.
- Extensive experience with enterprise CMS platforms, ideally Optimizely (EPiServer).
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing large website projects.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in website personalization, UX, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and contracts.
- Leadership and team development experience.
Additional skills that are desirable but not mandatory include:
- Basic HTML/CSS.
