Website Manager – 12 month fixed term contract Location flexible NEW GROUND WON’T BREAK ITSELF. Role Overview Manage the grantthorton.co.uk website daily to meet business objectives and lead generation targets. Conduct regular reviews of the website and user experience across digital channels. Contribute to the strategic UX direction for the UK corporate website. Own the website development roadmap, collaborating with GTIL and development partners for incremental improvements. Ensure web accessibility compliance. Manage third-party relationships and tools. Develop and deliver training on website use and templates. Provide strategic recommendations and advisory services across teams. Address business challenges and opportunities using appropriate technology to drive value. Monitor and report on search term performance. Present website performance reports to stakeholders. Candidate Profile Minimum requirements include a university degree, relevant qualification, or substantial experience managing a corporate website, preferably B2B. Extensive experience with enterprise CMS platforms, ideally Optimizely (EPiServer). Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing large website projects. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. Experience in website personalization, UX, and information architecture. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills. Experience managing third-party suppliers and contracts. Leadership and team development experience. Additional skills that are desirable but not mandatory include basic HTML/CSS, experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI), UX visualization tools (e.g., FIGMA), content management, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
