The duties and responsibilities as a Food Production Operative are:

  • Picking & packing chicken, in a fresh, chilled environment, ready for despatch.
  • Some manual handling will be involved.
  • Working on a Food Production line.
  • Labelling items.
  • Carrying out quality checks.

The ideal candidate for a Food Production Operative would need:

  • Previous experience working on a Production line.
  • Previous experience working with food items (not essential).
  • Ability to work well individually or in a team environment.
  • Good time keeping skills.
