We’re looking for a Supply Chain Graduate!
Location: London – Hybrid 2x in the office
Salary: £25k-£27k
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, global business within a highly entrepreneurial environment as a Supply Chain Graduate. You will play a crucial role in managing logistics operations for a European client base, ensuring products are delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing orders, raising purchase orders and creating item codes
- Coordinate deliveries from factories/warehouses to clients.
- Ensure timely receipt of proof of delivery.
- Raise invoices in the internal system and maintain accurate records.
- Keep systems up to date with current information.
- Provide day-to-day support to the supply chain team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Graduated Candidate
- Relevant work experience in supply chain/logistics
- Fluency in Spanish would be a plus
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally, with a focus on customer service.
- Previous experience in international logistics would be preferred
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
- Previous experience with SAP is a plus
