We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our growing team working on social housing properties across Milton Keynes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out EICRs, remedial works, and general electrical repairs in occupied and void social housing properties (can range from unoccupied rewires, domestic electrical testing, void works)
- Ensure all work complies with current regulations and is completed to a high standard, all work needs to be tested on completion
- Liaise professionally with tenants, housing officers, and office staff
- Accurately complete job sheets and compliance paperwork
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition
- Proven experience working in social housing or similar domestic environments
- Own tools, van, and calibrated testing equipment are essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
