Electrician - Need own Van

Job Title: Electrician – Social Housing\\nLocation: Milton Keynes\\n\\nWe are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our growing team working on social housing properties across Milton Keynes.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Carry out EICRs, remedial works, and general electrical repairs in occupied and void social housing properties (can range from unoccupied rewires, domestic electrical testing, void works)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure all work complies with current regulations and is completed to a high standard, all work needs to be tested on completion\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaise professionally with tenants, housing officers, and office staff\\n\\n * \\n\\n Accurately complete job sheets and compliance paperwork\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)\\n\\n * \\n\\n 18th Edition\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience working in social housing or similar domestic environments\\n\\n * \\n\\n Own tools, van, and calibrated testing equipment are essential\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong communication and customer service skills\\n\\nWhat We Offer:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competitive day rates (£200 – £230 DOE)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ongoing consistent work with the potential for long-term opportunities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supportive team environment\\n\\nStart Date: ASAP\\nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 16:00pm
