Helpdesk Coordinator\\n Office based\\n Helpdesk Coordinator will be paid up to £28k + Package + Holiday\\n A construction contractors who provide planned and reactive maintenance in the Rail, Education, Health, as well-performing small civil engineering works across the South and East of England are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Coordinator in there office in St Albans.\\n\\nHelpdesk Coordinator will be responsible for:\\n *Helpdesk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and services requests received by telephone and email.\\n * Helpdesk Coordinator will be working with GTR Asset Pro live reporting system ensuring all assigned jobs are started and completed within the contract SLA\\n * Helpdesk Coordinator will sort and dispatch calls to engineers or sub-contractors based on the correct skills set, geographical location and service delivery arrangements\\n * Helpdesk Coordinator will prioritise urgent jobs and plan and dispatch operative/sub-contract support to address urgent demand.\\n * Helpdesk Coordinator will be have a proven track record in Facilities Management within an administration/helpdesk role and a strong CAFM system knowledge\\n\\nHelpdesk Coordinator will need:\\n * Helpdesk Coordinator will have experience with planning and scheduling of engineers\\n * Helpdesk Coordinator will have Knowledge of facilities maintenance\\n * Helpdesk Coordinator will be required to attend training and Health and Safety courses from time to time as directed by the Contracts Manager\\n * Helpdesk Coordinator will have exceptional customer service and administration skills\\n * Helpdesk Coordinator will have previously used a CAFM system.\\n * Helpdesk Coordinator will be working 08:30-17:30\\n\\nHelpdesk Coordinator will be paid up to £28k + Package + Holiday\\n Contact (url removed) on (phone number removed) the specialist recruitment agency and business within HVAC, M&E and Utilities\\n Tech-people are the leading recruitment business and agency within M&E and Construction\\n We are committed to attracting and providing a diverse workforce that reflects the communities in which our clients and stakeholders operate, helping to facilitate an environment that enables everyone to fulfil their potential
