The Operational Support is responsible for gathering, analysing, and presenting data in a clear, actionable format, often using dashboards and reports. The role holder will present findings and make recommendations that inform the leadership team of performance results. An ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities to deliver performance to agreed KPIs and objectives. With experience of successfully supporting operational functions, you will have an ability to react quickly to both planned and unplanned change. A continuous improvement approach is essential to the success of this role. The role holder will have a track record of successfully developing relationships with key stakeholders and liaising with other departments to support the wider business projects and supporting colleagues as required.
