Role - Senior Surveyor - Disabled Facilities Grants/Adaptations Team
Duration - 3 - 6 Months
Location - West London - Hybrid Working Pattern
Rate - Negotiable Per/Hour - based on recent relevant experience.
G2 are working in partnership with a London based Local Authority to source a Senior Surveyor to work within their Home Improvement team looking after Adaptations and Disabled Facilities Grants projects and cases.
The role will be hybrid, given the nature of the work you will need to be prepared to do site visits to disabled residents' properties to survey, advise and make suggestions on adaptations, both minor and major types of works.
You must have recent experience within Adaptations/DFG and strong experience as a Surveyor within a local authority or a social housing provider.
The role is to begin immediately and interviews will be held later this week and early next.
