Following a period of sustained growth and successful project delivery, the business is expanding its operations team and is now seeking a driven Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential groundworks projects.\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive company that values long-term relationships, professional development, and excellence in delivery.\\n\\nThe Role\\nThe Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the operational delivery of 3-4 live projects at any one time, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and to budget. You will lead site teams, liaise with clients, and coordinate resources to ensure each scheme meets the company’s high standards.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n•\\tOversee day-to-day site operations and monitor progress on all assigned projects.\\n•\\tManage and report on project performance against programme and budget.\\n•\\tMaintain and develop strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.\\n•\\tProduce monthly progress reports and performance updates for the Operations Director.\\n•\\tArrange and coordinate labour, materials, and plant resources.\\n•\\tEnsure all works are delivered in line with health, safety, and quality standards.\\n\\nCandidate Requirements:\\n•\\tProven experience as a Contracts Manager within the residential groundworks or civil engineering sector.\\n•\\tSMSTS certification (essential).\\n•\\tStrong leadership and communication skills.\\n•\\tCommercial awareness and ability to plan and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.\\n•\\tFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the East Midlands.\\n\\nPackage & Benefits:\\n•\\tSalary: £80,000 – £110,000 (depending on experience)\\n•\\tCompany Car or Car Allowance\\n•\\tPension Scheme & Paid Holidays\\n•\\tCareer Progression Opportunities within a growing, forward-thinking business\\n•\\tSupportive and professional working environment
