M&E CAD Coordinator

Company Description My client is a medium size consultancy based in North London looking for a M&E CAD Coordinator to work on some interesting projects. The company has achieved consistent year on year growth, with an annual T/O in the region of £15 million. They currently work in conjunction with most of the major UK construction companies across the residential, commercial, healthcare & hotel sectors. Due to multiple successful tenders they currently have an opening for a M&E CAD Coordinator. The successful candidate will join an exciting and dynamic team while working on a variety of projects. Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience Should you be successful in your application, you will be responsible for the following: * Assisting the drawing office with day to day drawing while using Revit MEP, AutoCAD, fabrication software, Navisworks & MS Office. * Working on multiple MEP projects from early inception stages through to completion/ handover. * It is imperative that the individual has the capability to work with information provided, as well as interrogating specifications/ schedules & technical submittals. * Applicants must be able to work individually & as part of a team. * Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a building services coordination Remuneration Package In return my client is offering the following: * A highly competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record) * Fully reimbursed travel expenses * Contributory pension scheme * Discretionary bonus (personal KPI/ company performance based) * 25 days holiday
