Senior Site Manager

Logical Personnel Solutions are hiring on behalf of a national, well respected Tier 1 Contractor looking to bolster their operational teams with exceptional talent.\\n\\nTHIS JOB WILL REQUIRE SOME NATIONAL TRAVEL & POTENTIALLY SOME WORKING AWAY FOR PROJECTS THAT ARE NOT LOCAL.\\n\\nAs a Senior Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of large commercial projects, from initial concept through to completion. This is a hands-on role where you'll be managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, leading a safe working environment, and maintaining effective communication with clients and key stakeholders.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Lead the construction, co-ordination, and development of commercial projects from concept to completion.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget whilst liaising with senior management.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee subcontractors and ensure high standards of work are maintained, whilst maintaining risk & high H&S levels at all times.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Engage with clients during regular meetings and client walk-arounds. Ensuring that areas are adequately prepared before hand, for the client.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure site safety and compliance with health and safety regulations at all times, for direct and indirect labour.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaise with project and contracts management teams as required.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supervise both direct and indirect labor to ensure adherence to design specifications, schedules, and plans.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure that all projects under your management are delivered on time and within budget.\\n\\nRequired Qualifications & Experience:\\n\\n * \\n\\n SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.\\n\\n * \\n\\n First Aid certification.\\n\\n * \\n\\n CSCS (Black Card).\\n\\n * \\n\\n Fire Marshall Certification\\n\\n * \\n\\n References to verify experience\\n\\n * \\n\\n Must have 6 to10 years experience leading large commercial projects as a No1 site Manager.\\n\\nPerks & Benefits:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Company car\\n\\n * \\n\\n Healthy pension scheme.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Generous holiday allowance.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Clear career development pathway for progression within the company.\\n\\nWhat We're Looking For:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial construction projects.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.\\n\\n * \\n\\n A commitment to safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\\n\\nIf you’re passionate about construction and looking for the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
