My client is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Regional Sales Director. As the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development in your designated region. You will focus on selling from stock and through active brokerage deals, leveraging your expertise to maximize sales opportunities.
This role requires a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong emphasis on accountability and customer satisfaction.\\n\\nRole: Regional Sales Director \\n Location: Watford\\n Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week – Early shift – 5am – 1.30pm \\n Salary: Competitive\\n\\nResponsibilities: \\n\\nCreate and execute strategies to strengthen our clients presence in India.\\nPerform in-depth market research to uncover opportunities and analyze the competitive environment.\\nLead business development efforts to expand the customer base and enhance market share. Drive Sales: Increase sales from stock holding and through active brokerage.\\nInventory Expansion: Identify new part numbers to expand our inventory in line with our strategy.\\nCustomer service excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service through swift and responsive communication.\\nTake ownership of the sales cycle from RFQ to delivery.\\nMaintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and face-to-face visits.\\nNew Account Development: Develop new customer accounts and foster long-term partnerships.\\nDeal with escalated queries and issues from stakeholder departments.\\nEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement and on-going communication.\\n\\nEssential Requirements:\\n\\nMust hold the legal rights to work and live in the UK.\\nFluent in Hindi \\n\\nRequired – Background in aviation aftermarket components, with experience working with commercial airlines from within South Asia subcontinent. \\nExcel in high-pressure, fast-moving situations.\\nExceptional at organizing tasks and managing time efficiently.\\nA precise and systematic approach with a keen eye for detail.\\nStrong written and verbal communication abilities.\\nSkilled in using computers and relevant software.\\nShow initiative and take a forward-thinking approach.If you are interested in applying for this position and you meet the requirements, please send your updated CV to: Melanie Cave at Line Up Aviation – \\n Line Up Aviation has carved its own place in the recruitment of Aviation and Aerospace personnel all over the world for more than 30 years.
