The Company:
A successful International Tour Operator
Main Duties:
- Providing support to clients and prospective groups travelling throughout the UK & Ireland
The Role:
- Respond to incoming booking requests and handle enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Design detailed itineraries and tour schedules
- Improve knowledge of holiday group requirements and offers
- Negotiate supplier rates (transportation, restaurants, event organisers) and buy at the best possible price
- Confirm bookings, issue quotations and manage invoicing
- Ensure a smooth execution of operations and liaise with internal and external partners to guarantee success
The Candidate:
- Excellent command of English
- Full fluency in Italian
- Experience working with tour operators or similar service provider such as hotel receptions/sales, booking agency or similar.
- Good knowledge of UK as a destination and its tourism products
- Positive, problem solver, confident and dynamic personality
- Good team player / Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail / IT literate
Salary: Between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum depending on experience
