This role offers substantial autonomy and the potential for significant reward for the right candidate.\\n\\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\\n\\nDevelop and execute underwriting strategies for international markets\\nIdentify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities\\nManage and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients\\nAnalyse and price complex risks across various international jurisdictions\\nCollaborate with brokers and reinsurers to structure innovative solutions\\nContribute to the development of new products and expansion into new territories\\nQUALIFICATIONS:\\n\\nProven track record in international underwriting, \\nIn-depth knowledge of global insurance markets and regulatory environments\\nStrong analytical skills and ability to assess complex risks\\nExcellent relationship-building and negotiation skills\\nFluency in English; additional languages are a plus\\nWHAT SETS YOU APART:\\n\\nAn existing book of business that you can bring to the MGA\\nA network of international contacts and potential clients\\nExperience in multiple lines of business or specialty risks\\nEntrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment\\nCOMPENSATION:\\n Salary is highly negotiable and will be commensurate with experience, skills, and most importantly, your ability to contribute to our growth.
